We offer free next day delivery for UK mainland orders over £30 only. Our same day dispatch cut off time is 16:00. Orders must be placed and paid by 16:00 to enable us to dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Our shipping options include fully tracked and insured next day delivery, Saturday tracked and insured delivery and a 72 hour option, which is not tracked. However, we would recommend you select tracked postage to ensure safe delivery and peace of mind. Please note: Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day.

If your order does not qualify for free next-day shipping, then we offer a range of shipping methods to suit budget, urgency and delivery location. Please be aware that if you select a non-tracked shipping method, then Professor Herb accepts no liability or financial responsibility for any lost or undelivered orders, although we will always try our best to investigate and locate your order.
