Professor Herb Delivery & Shipping

We provide a range of thorough and cost-effective shipping options using our network of preferred shipping partners to deliver your order. All orders are shipped in discreet plain packaging, for your privacy.

Our same day dispatch cut off time is 16:00. Orders must be placed and paid by 16:00 to enable us to dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Our working days for processing orders are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Our shipping options include both premium tracked and insured, and reliable budget friendly services.

Please note: Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day.

We offer free delivery for UK mainland orders over £30.

DPD Next Working Day – £4.99 (Tracked and insured)

Royal Mail 48 Hour - £2.99 (Tracked, 2-3 working days)

Royal Mail 48 Hour - £1.99 (Untracked, 2-3 working days)

Saturday

DPD Saturday – £9.99 (Tracked and insured)

Next working day delivery does not apply to orders placed on weekends or bank holidays.

Saturday delivery options only apply to orders placed after 16:00 Thursday and before 16:00 Friday. If you select Saturday delivery outside of these periods your order will be sent via next working-day and you will not be refunded for the additional charges.

We accept NO responsibility for lost/damaged/stolen (etc) parcels when selecting untracked delivery options. We also accept NO responsibility for lost/damaged/stolen (etc) parcels when you select 'Leave in a safe place' with our couriers.

We always try our absolute best to dispatch all orders received before 16:00 the same day. However, during busy periods this is not always possible. If your order is not dispatched on the same day then it will be dispatched on the following working day.

We are not able to guarantee exact delivery times or add notes to the courier. You will receive the shipment notifications to your registered contact details and these should be taken as estimates only.

Monday Exception

We cannot always guarantee that all orders will be dispatched on Mondays. Due to the high volume of orders following the weekend, your order may be dispatched on Tuesday. In the event that Monday is a Bank Holiday, this policy will apply to orders placed on a Tuesday.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any missing/stolen shipments that have been delivered to a 'safe place' or left in the doorway. You must contact the courier if this happens and follow their claims procedure.

If your order has any missing or damaged items, you must notify us by email within 24 hours, along with photographic evidence to sales@professorherb.co.uk.
