If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our team will find the best resolution, from replacement to refund, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience with us.

To be eligible for our 30-day 100% money back guarantee, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of your order to inform us of your dissatisfaction. Your goods can be opened and used, however not more than 25% of the goods must be used.

For example, if you purchase a product containing 24g, then at least 18g must still be present at the time of contacting us.

You must return the goods back to us at your own cost, we recommended any returned items to be sent via a tracked shipping method. If your complaint is raised after 14 days from the date of your order being delivered, then your refund will be in the form of store credit only. Please note that only the paid product value will be refunded, not including any shipping costs.

Standard Returns Policy
When you shop with us at Professor Herb, you'll have 14 days from the date your order has been delivered, to inform us of any issues or concerns you have with your order. If you would like a refund, you then have 14 days to return the goods back to us.  You will be responsible for returning the goods back to us, at your own cost, we recommended any returned items to be sent via a tracked shipping method.

To be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/them. It/they must also be in the original packaging, unopened and not damaged.  Food items may not be eligible for a refund, as we are not legally obligated to offer returns for food products, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been accepted or rejected, and the next steps.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on the resolution, your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method (this may take up to 10 working days) or a store credit will be applied to your account (this may take up to 48 hours).

Late or Missing Refunds
Please be aware that refunds can take up to 10 working days to clear and that the refunded amount will remain reserved until the refund process has completed. Store credit refunds are usually completed within 48 hours of approval. If you still haven't received your refund after 10 working days, then please contact sales@professorherb.co.uk.

Our 30-day money back guarantee is eligible only on full priced items, unfortunately sale items are not included.

Returns Shipping Policy
To return your product, you should first contact our friendly, helpful team at sale@professorherb.co.uk, and we will guide you through our stress-free returns process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any duty, import, or general taxes or fees due to us for you sending your returned goods back, will not be paid and this may cause the goods to not be delivered to us. Please ensure all duty, import, or general taxes or fees are paid to avoid this.
