Activate your account — 10% off for a month
We've upgraded Professor Herb to a new website (new hosting and payments). Your email is the same as before — you just need to set a new password, then sign in.
Once you're signed in, 10% off all products applies automatically for a month. No code to type.
- Enter the email address you used on the old Professor Herb site in the form below.
- Open the email we send and choose a new password.
- Sign in. The 10% shows on products and in your cart while you're logged in.
Don't create a new account with a different email — that won't reconnect your old orders.

FAQs
Quick answers about activating your account and the 10% off.
Why do I need a new password?
We've moved to a new website. We brought your email across, but we can't bring your old password with it. Setting a new one is what activates your account here.
What email should I use?
The same email you used to order or sign in on the old Professor Herb site. That is the account we will import.
I didn't get the reset email.
Check spam and promotions. If it still isn't there, try Set your password again. Still stuck? Email sales@professorherb.co.uk or call +44 (0) 1773 270 046 (weekdays 9–5).
Should I create a new account instead?
No. Use Set your password with your existing email. A brand-new sign-up with a different email won't connect to your old orders.
When does the 10% off apply?
After you set a password and sign in. It is automatic for a month, so you won't need a coupon code. Guests see normal prices; the 10% appears once you're logged in.
Does 10% stack with 3-for deals?
Multi-buy deals (like 3 for £54.99) have been temporarily disabled whilst we are running our 10% OFF for a month to logged in users.
I never had an account on the old site.
Create an account on Sign in → Create account, then sign in. Ask us if you need an old order looked up against your email.
Where do I go if I already set my password?
Sign in at My account. If you have forgotten the new password, use the form on this page again.
