Our shipping options include fully tracked and insured next day delivery, Saturday tracked and insured delivery and a 72 hour option, which is not tracked. However, we would recommend you select tracked postage to ensure safe delivery and peace of mind. Please note: Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day.

Sometimes there may be delays in shipments due to traffic/weather conditions or situations in an individual depots; Professor Herb will not be held financially responsible for late deliveries due to conditions as listed above - by placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions which are legally binding.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, then we offer a range of shipping methods to suit budget, urgency and delivery location. Please be aware that if you select a non-tracked shipping method, then Professor Herb accepts no liability or financial responsibility for any lost or undelivered orders, although we will always try our best to investigate and locate your order.

If your complaint is raised after 14 days from the date of your order being delivered, then your refund will be in the form of store credit only.
